The TMH F.I.T IN 15 CARDS have been designed to deliver fast and effective 15 minute workouts. They can be used at Home/Outside/ Take them to a gym, on a business trip or even in your suitcase on. The box contains 24 workout routines.

HOW THEY WORK
The TMH FIT cards are split into three cards, they are all bodyweight movements so you don’t need any equipment and all take 15 minutes. You can pick and choose to do 1, 2 or even 3 cards at a time.
HIIT CARDS x8 – Also known as High Intensity Interval Training, these cards are short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Great if you are short on time. You complete exercise A for 45 seconds, exercise B for 45 seconds then exercise C for 45 seconds then rest for 45 seconds. Repeat this circuit 4 more times to reach 15 minutes.
SUPER CIRCUIT CARDS x8 – These cards have circuits that are a great form of body conditioning. You will be using your own body weight to help build up strength and stamina. Complete exercise A for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds, then exercise B for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then C for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds. Repeat 4 more times to reach 15 minutes.
FAT BURNER CARDS x8 – These cards are designed to combine explosive bodyweight movements to help you burn as many calories as possible. Great for an intense circuit. Complete exercise A then B, then C for 30 seconds each and keep going for the full 15 minutes. The idea is to workout continually for 15 minutes and build stamina, but you may need to build up to that so just rest when you need to.
