These are my little power balls. They give me a brilliant energy boost and I feel like I could go on forever. They are really easy to make and they are perfect snacks to take out on day trips, to the cinema.
You will need:
- 4 tbsp of Almond or Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp of Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of Desiccated coconut
- 8 Dates
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein powder
- Fresh Raspberries to top
Place the dates into a blender and blitz.
Add the nut butter, cocoa powder, coconut and protein powder and mix well. Take 1 tsp of the mixture and roll into a ball in your palm.Top with a fresh raspberry and Enjoy.
