After having a baby and being short on time I found that I was working out in
short and sharp HIIT sessions, so I set out to create the FIT cards to help other
busy people find a healthy balance. The key to the success of this plan is to adhere
to the nutrition side 80% of the time, which means it can fit into a busy lifestyle
and allow for social events.
